The totally amazing thing
about Kira is that she is on
a ventilator. It is a machine
that breathes for her
through a tracheostomy,
which is a hole in the front
of her neck. It is very
difficult to talk with a trach,
yet Kira can sing better
than most even with a tach
AND a ventilator!! What
